The owners having a "family feud".

I have been dreaming about buying this house located in Bloomfield, Connecticut. I worked hard to earn the amount needed for this house. I already have a contract to purchase this house. But the three owners are having a “family feud” and cannot agree on anything. The sale of my own house closes soon and the lock-in on my loan is up in a few days. What will I do to resolve this problem? Can I still buy this house?
