Am I responsible for this?

I am a businessperson and I own several properties. Some of them were former auto shops. Now that I am selling my old auto shop, I hired a real estate agent to help me sell my property. One hour before the closing, I signed an addendum to remove the tires from the property. There were about 6-8 tires that I had removed. Mysteriously, about 30 tires have been appeared on the property. Am I responsible for their removal? I have witnesses that can state they were not on the property on settlement days…
