I am buying a property, which is located in Colorado. Therefore, I went to a Realtor to assist me in buying my property. The seller is unable to find a replacement property by the time the sixty-day escrow closed. They have requested an extension of thirty days. What will happen if we do not agree to that extension? Will we lose the appraisal fee? How about the home inspection fee? In addition, how about our deposit?
