Which do you prefer to live in? House or Apartment?

A house is too big for my husband and me. Therefore, I prefer a apartment.

I live in an apartment. However, if given a chance I want to live in a house. I realized how much money I have been throwing away for rent. For that amount I could have bought a house for myself.
