Thumbs up Do I have the right to access these facilities?

In the ten years that I have been a tenant in a rent-stabilized building, I was a loyal renter. I always pay on time. I follow the rules. I live in a space with only one room and one bathroom. I am comfortable with this space I called it a home. However, the building was converted to a condominium. The sponsor installed a gym, bicycle room and children’s playroom. But it's only allowing access to unit owners and not to the renters. Is it legal to discriminate between owners and renters? Do I have the right to access these facilities?
