I am about to lease out one of my commercial property.
I am a mother of three kids were living in a simple house in Los Angeles. My husband works as an Engineer in an Electronic Company. We have a two-story house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have several properties that we invested in years ago. We worked hard to get what we have now. I am about to lease out one of my commercial property. How can I make sure that I included everything I need to in the commercial building lease? Do I need a lawyer? Should I approach a Realtor? Any good suggestion.
