Default What is the difference between the list price, sales price, and appraised value?

I have a property here in Alabama. I want to sell it as soon as possible. I need the money for my hospital bills It is 2 acres with a two-story house. The house is well ventilated and it has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was build two years ago. I am selling it and I am planning to live with my sister in Ohio. I do not have any idea on selling a property. Therefore, I hired a real estate agent and the agent was telling me about list price, sales price and appraised value. Honestly speaking, I do not know what those terms are. I want to ask what values of the mentioned terms are. What is the difference between the list price, sales price, and appraised value?
