Default need some help.

My brother is buying a commercial property for his restaurant business in Utah. He wants to close the deal as soon as possible to start the business. He likes the place and he wants me to manage the restaurant. We were set to close the deal. Unfortunately, the seller wants to set up new closing date. He did not state any reason. Can we get them to come down off the price of the property and anything else you think that would help us?
