What are the things to be considered in buying a restaurant property?

I am planning to put up a business. Just a small business, somewhere in Las Vegas. I want a small Mediterranean restaurant. My business loan was approved two weeks ago and I can get the money anytime as I want. However, I am still thinking of the step-by-step process. Can anyone help me out? What are the things to be considered in buying a restaurant property?
