Who will pay my taxes?

Since I was born, and raised here in Arkansas. My parents were farmers. They provided me a healthy way of living. When they died, I inherited their house and a small farm. I am planting wheat and I have a small garden for my favorite flowers. I love the place and I want to die here. Recently, our town is having problem with a manufacturing company. They are going to expand their commercial property and my farm is one of the prospects. They want to buy my property for a very good price of $350,000. Should I ask for more? Who will pay my taxes?
