Thumbs up Who is responsible?

I am working in New York City and the same time I am staying in a rent-stabilized tenant in the same area near to my office. The co-op building has two separate management companies. One for the co-op and one for the stabilized apartments. Recently the building’s central air-conditioning system quit working. Who is responsible for maintaining these services in my unit?
