which company has a good training program for new agents?

I applied for a broker license here in Virginia. I have two kids and I need to get work so that I can support them since I am already divorced. I will have my broker's license in the next couple of months and I will be looking for a company that I will be able to post my license and start working. Does anyone have any good recommendations and advice as to which company has a good training program for new agents? I hope its somewhere in my area since I have lived here all of my life. I cannot go somewhere else. I need to take care of my kids. Thank you.
