i am looking for improvements...

I am real estate agent. I have been working in a small company here in Michigan. I have only made three deals, that have been successful. It is not because I am not good in marketing but there is a limited access to clients in this firm. I want to work somewhere else where I can grow by myself as a Realtor. How do I find out where the area is that has the greatest market share of listing in the Michigan? I want a firm, which is number one in training and mentoring. Can you help me out? Any good suggestion?
