We are looking for a co-op with maybe a rent-controlled tenant.

When our daughter goes away to college, my husband and I were planning to move to Brooklyn in about 3-5 years. We are looking for a co-op with maybe a rent-controlled tenant. If we bought now, can we go about removing the tenant when we wanted to move in?
