Where can I go to find hard money construction loans?

I am a businessperson and I am planning to build a new building in New Jersey. It will be a commercial building for rentals. I have enough financial stability so I can provide the materials needed. A friend of mine told me about “hard money construction loan”. I am speculating for another option. What is a hard money construction loan? Where can I go to find a hard money construction loans? Do you have any idea?
