Can I cancel my house loan?

My application for a house loan was approved last week. However, I changed my mind and I am not pursuing my application. Can I cancel my house loan? I am canceling it because I cannot afford the interest and I found another company who offers cheaper interest and has a better deal for me. Is it okay to cancel my application? Is it ethical or not? What should I do?
