Can I buy a house with that amount in Florida?

I am planning to buy a new house somewhere in Florida. I want a house near the beach. I want a simple house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I have a budget of $150,000. Can I buy a house with that amount in Florida? Any good suggestions?
