Arrow Do I have any rights?

I was one of the victims of the unemployment crisis. I was unemployed for 12 months. I do not have a choice but to agree with my co-op board to sell my co-op apartment. My co-op apartment was sold last November at a foreclosure sale at the courthouse in New York City for failure to pay maintenance. I was told that the highest bidder had 30 days to pay the full amount. It is now summer and the management company are still allowing the winning bidder to show and advertise the apartment in order to sell it. The company said that it does not have to let me see the contract the bidder signed and that extending the time to close its decision. Is that legal? Do I have any rights?
