Whom do you think I choose?

A family friend who is a realtor is helping me in selling my home located in Chicago Heights, Illinois. I like her but she gives me one price to sell my home. I think it is too low. I decided to call another agent who suggested a price closer to my expectations. Whom do you think I choose?
