Is that allowed or legal?

My friend Jessica is planning to sell her house in New Jersey. It is a beautiful house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. I suggested to her to put it on a real estate listing. Therefore, she has been listed with a Realtor for three months now. Nevertheless, she decided that she needs to change to another firm. Is that allowed or legal?
