Can you buy a house for $100,000 in your local area?

I bought my house in east Tennessee for less than $100,000. The houses are very basic and simple. If you want to have a little cabin up into the mountains, it is cheaper in there.

If you want to live a safe neighborhood and a decent, one you will need at least $500,000.

I do not think you can buy a house with that amount of money. Houses start at $800,000.

unless you'll buy a mobile home..
