I worked so hard for seven years just to save enough money for my own house. I am still single but I need my own property where I can do anything I want. I am planning to buy a house as soon as possible. I know the area where I want to live and I have found some beautiful houses in North Carolina. Finding the houses that I want was not a problem. I want to pay the house in full as I have no desire for mortgage and all that. I want to know how long it takes to buy a house outright? What are the processes of buying a house if you are paying for it in full?
