I am planning to sell my property here in Wyoming. It is a 3 acres of farmland and it has two-story farm house. I do not have any information about selling a house. Therefore, I am planning to hire an agent who can help me through out the process. I just want to ask anyone here about a few things I have never heard before. What are the differences between Warranty Deed, Certificate of Title, Final Judgment Quieting Title, Tax Deed, and Quick Claim Deed? Can anyone explain it to me? Thank you.f
